Cannot remember what the program is...

Okay, I feel like an idiot, so do not rub it in.

I recall running a program from Start > Run, and it lists all applications
that are loaded at computer start-up. I just cannot remember the program's
name.

Never mind!!! I just sat back and thought about it, and config popped into
my min. And then I was like... msconfig. Sweet!
