Cannot regain Internet access

Workstations connect to the Internet using ISDN when first
started. When machine is logged off and stands idle for a
period of time it cannot re-establish an internet
connection if a user (new or same)logs back into the
domain. If the machine is then given a complete restart it
connects fine. Is a timeout setting being enabled
somewhere?

Thanks for the prompt reply
I have unchecked both power management options and now
will have to wait and see. If this is the problem, why can
I get network connectivity but not Internet?

ISDN is getting dropped? Its on a different PC? Info you provided is
pretty sketchy.
