Cannot receive or send e-mails

Hi

When i try to download my e-mails this is the message i get below

Can anyone help me on this?

The host 'pop.lineone.net' could not be found. Please verify that you have
entered the server name correctly.
Account: 'pop.lineone.net', Server: 'pop.lineone.net', Protocol: POP3,
Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Socket Error: 11001, Error Number: 0x800CCC0D
 
I have a tiscali and lineone account and neither works with the settings this
all worked up to the 13th of this month then it stopped working

Email scanning should be turned off in any anti-virus. It provides no
protection not provided by the regular resident protection.
Beside that, McAfee and Norton are not compatible with Windows Mail.
 
You might want to give them a call, and see if they have changed the server
names, or something, or maybe disabled your account....
 
The host 'pop.lineone.net' definitely does exist and responded to
a telnet connection on port 110.
So, either your internet connection is down, or something on
your computer is blocking it, perhaps your antivirus or firewall.
