Cannot receive emails in Outlook all come in Blueyonder

I can send emails from "Outlook" but cannot receive them. I have Blueyonder
email system, how do I make "outlook" my default for both In-coming and
Out-going emails.
 
Your service provider must tell you how to configure your mail account. We
could have no idea.
