cannot receive email from one of the aol id in my outlook 2003

hey ...
i cannot receive email from one of my client who is using aol ....
but i can receive all the emails .... including the ones that are send by
other clients from aol ...

i have checked all the junk filter settings ... everthing is correct
ud u pls help me with this prob
 
Do you know whether the mail is ever getting to your server's mailbox? If
you have a Web interface to your mail, do you see the mail from that
client? If not, the problem has nothing to do with Outlook, and you, the
client, and your ISP are going to need to figure out why it's not being
delivered.
