Cannot receive attachments in Outlook

Each e-mail I receive with an attachments says, "OE
removed access to the following unsafe atachments." How
can I prevent Outlook from erasing attachments sent to me.

I believe this safeguard is built into Outlook. there is,
however, a work around. Using WinZip (or a like
compression utility), compress the file and then e-mail
the *.zip file as an attachment. It will then pass through
the Outlook safeguards.
