Cannot publish a VB app - signtool error

Windows XP
VS 2005

I got the error message below when trying to publish the VB app to a network
folder:

Publishing location: \\nasserver\customapps$\VS2005\VISUALDISPATCH\
Installation URL:
http://masterserver/customApplication/VS2005/VISUALDISPATCH/
