Cannot print word document.

I cannot print a word doc. from Microsoft Word. I can print from Microsoft
Excel, wordpad, notepad and web pages. I am using a dell wireless laptop
(Inspiron 8500) and the printer is a HP 3210.

If it is only Word that seems to have the problem, it probably better to ask
the Word gurus in the specific Word newsgroups.

You are using File, Print and checking you have the correct printer in the
drop down list aren't you.... or are you just clicking on the Print Icon on
the Toolbar?

Yes, I am using the file-print and my printer is the only one listed in the
drop down menu.

Try manually setting the printer to default in Settings, Printer & faxes.
You may have to deselect it first.

If that doesnot work, you may end up uninstalling the printer, and
reinstalling it.
Another possibility is to change USB ports with the PC off. Then do a cold
start.
