Hi , I'm having problem printing multiple word documents from a folder. I
tried selecting 3 documents > Right click and Print but nothing happens. It
works on some of the PC but not sure why is not printing on some. I'm using
Office XP with XP SP2. Please help

What happens if you try opening one of these documents in Word and printing
it?
If that works, what happens if you try opening a blank document Word first?

Does this happen with other files (not Word docs)?

It works if i open one of the documents in Word and print from there. It
still doesn't work if i open a blank word document first and it happens to
all other files as well. It's like the Right Click > Print command is not
working at all.

Please help/advise

Can you right-click and print *one* file?

Do you have another user account which you can log in as, on this same
computer, to see if it has the same problems?

It still doesn't work if i right click and print one file and even if i logon
as different user.

OK. What about to a different printer, presuming you have access to
different printer?

What errors do you see in your event logs?

I can't find anything useful on the web when I google for your issue, and
I've never seen it myself, sorry.
