Cannot paste in Microsoft Products

Hi,

These are the systems I am having on my PC:
Cannot Copy and Paste a file from C:\ drive to network
drives of vice versa. It gives the option to copy but
Paste is greyed out. This also happens in other Office
products such as Outlook, Word and IE.

Assistance is Appreciated.

I seem to recall reading that cut and paste can be affected by MS
Blast
