Cannot open recovered file

EPIK

Excel 2003. After a crash I am unable to open either the original file or the
recovered file. When closing excel it notifies separately that each file is
open and asks whether to save changes before closing. Other files open and
close as expected. Any guidance?

Hi,

If both files are corrupt then you should get your backup file (from IT?)
