Cannot open Outlook 2007 Beta 2 after XP Update

Guest

When I shutdown my notebook, XP Home did an automatic update. The next
morning, when I turned it on, I could not open my Outlook 2007 Beta 2. There
was an error message "OLMAPI32.dll"

I had to reinstall Outlook 2007 Beta 2

But still the same message comes up

I have noticed that wheneve there is an automatic Microsoft upgrade, this
problem always happens to Outlook 2007 Beta 2. Previously, installing (via
the repair option) gets me going again, but this time, there is no overcoming
this problem

Does anyone have a solution?

Anyone in Microsoft had complaints from Outlook 2007 users on this problem?

Thank you for your help

Kind regards
Kevin

Uninstall the Beta. Then remove any previous Outlook version (e.g.
Outlook 2003). Then install the trial version from
http://trymicrosoft.com.

Hello Patrick

I have tried that as well, signing in via Live ID does not help

Any other ideas?

Thank you

Kind regards

If you have a Windows Live ID, sign it with it (button on the top
right), and see if that doesn't get you to the right page.

Patrick - thank you for replying, however, when I get to the download page, I
have to fill in my personal details - but I live in Singapore and the system
will not allow my to download as I need US postal address

Any suggestions?

Thank you

Kevin
