Cannot open or repair Powerpoint 2002.. Something to do with Microsoft Forms

Howdy... I just went to open my Powerpoint and no go.. I keep getting a
message about Microsoft Forms not available on this machine.... I have tried
a reinstall twice and no go.

What is going on?

Can you please post the exact text of the error message so we have something
concrete to search on?

Hint: While the error message is on screen, press Ctrl+Shift+C to put the
*text* of the message on the clipboard. Then paste into the message here.
