cannot open internet explorer

i'm having problems opening internet explorer. everytime i try to open it it says that there is an error in MSIESH.DLL or KERNEL32.DLL and it closes. i cannot even open it at all. my internet access is working, but it will not allow me to even open internet explorer.

MSIESH.DLL is from this nasty parasite. Get the removal tool.
