Cannot open file from task bar

When I open Excel the try to open or browse to a file
from the task bar the program seems to lock up. The error
message that I receive is:

Error Signature:

szAppName : EXCEL.EXE szAppVer : 10.0.2614.0
szModName : hungapp
szModVer : 0.0.0.0 offset : 00000000

At the end of the message it states these two paths.
C:\DOCUME~1\LLJNGU~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1564.tmp.dir00
\Excel.EXE.mdmp
C:\DOCUME~1\LLJNGU~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER1564.tmp.dir00
\appcompat.txt

I tried to browse to these files and cannot find them.
