We have recently added to our network three PCs running Windows XP 64-bit and
have Office XP Pro loaded on them. When we try to remotely open an Access
2002 database on a server running Windows 2003, we get the following message:
"Cannot open file.
This file is located outside your intranet or on an untrusted site.
Microsoft Access will not open the file due to potential security problems.
To open the file, copy it to your machine or an accessible network location."
All of our other machines are running either Windows XP (not 64-bit) or
Windows 2000 and have either Windows XP or Windows 2003, but none of them get
this error.
Any suggestions as to what might be the problem? If you need more
information, let me know!
