cannot open attachments

Hello all you helpfull legends.

In both outlook and HTML I am unable to open my attachments. It puts me
through to something called Power Point and says the software i need to
open attachments is avaliable but i am unable to find what i need. Is
there a easyer way(remember i am not to bright on the computer) to get
me acces to my attachments?
any help would be rad!

Are you unable to open all attachments, or just PowerPoint attachments?

To open an attachment, you need to have an appropriate program installed to
open it. If you don't have PowerPoint (or some compatible program)
installed, you can't open PowerPoint attachments.

If your problem is just with PowerPoint attachments, and you don't have
powerPoint installed, you can download a free PowerPoint viewer from
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...27-43ab-4f24-90b7-a94784af71a4&DisplayLang=en

Thanks Ken thats what I was looking for, I was just unable to find the
dowload I needed on the power point site.I'm not sure what other
attachments I have but the power point program you sent me gave me
access to all the attachments I have.
