Cannot open any "payment" sites

I followed the instructions of MS Help - changed the
setting to "accept all cookies" and to "low security".
However, I still cannot open any payment-related sites.
E.G., I can open the USPS website's front page with no
problem, but once I try to access their store site, it
sends me immediately "this page cannot be displayed"
message. This is very strange, because I was able to
access this site a couple of months ago (I don't
rememberber exactly what happened to my computer
since...) I use a wireless laptop in my office - is this
the source of my problem? Can anybody help me? Tx!

check out my post on secure web sites and other crap...I
had this problem too. I almost threw the flippin
computer off my deck!
