Cannot locate/install Business Contact Manager -MSO2003Pro

I have received (promotional) from Microsoft a licensed, full version of MS
Office Professional 2003. Also included in the promotional CD package was
One Note.
Both CDs are full versions and were accompanied by Product Keys.
I have installed the products "Completely" to run from my computer...leaving
no options to install at first run.

My issue:I did not Receive a Business Contact Manager CD in my packet.
I contacted Microsoft Order Desk , Pre-Sales, and Support...They cannot send
me a CD...due to the fact that my software was a free promotional
mailing...prior to the release.

Where can I go to get the BCM CD? as I understand it...MS Office 2003
Professional now INCLUDES the Business Contact Manager.

Promotional packages haven't included BCM. But you may be able to order BCM
from Microsoft. Send an email message to (e-mail address removed) and include
your name, company name, address (no P.O. boxes), telephone number and
information on how your got your promotional copy.
