Cannot load profiles

Hi there! anyone knows how to detect the error upon
logging w/c says: "Unable to load your roaming profile"..

Please help.. thanks!
 
Does the user have full control over their profile directory on the server?
What do you see in your system event logs on the workstation? Is everyone
having this problem?
