cannot load btrez.dll when open Control Panel

when i open for the first time Control Panel the follow messages show
""Unable to load btrez.dll - ITALIAN" and the title is "btcpl"
When i open a PPT "Unable to load btrez.dll - ITALIAN" and the title is
"btsendto_office"
I reinstall Intel wireless manager , HP wireless Assistant, Office, but the
problem is not resolved
Someone have an idea?

This file is related to Bluetooth. If you use Bluetooth devices, update
your drivers. Get the drivers from:

1. The device mftr.'s website; OR
2. The motherboard mftr.'s website if hardware is onboard; OR
3. The OEM's website for your specific machine if you have an OEM
computer (HP, Dell, Sony, etc.).

Read the installation instructions on the website where you get the
drivers.

If you don't have or use Bluetooth devices, disable Bluetooth on your
(presumably) laptop. Refer to your manual.
