Cannot Install

I cannotload spyware beta 1 as this error keeps
appearing "Error reading setup initialization file"

I am running W2K Pro.
 
Make certain that you are an administrator on your machine. Download a
fresh copy, making certain that you save it to a location on your machine
before running it to install.
