Does Zone Alarm work with 32 bit? I loved it on my XP and tried to
install it on Vista, but had no luck and couldn't find anything
saying that they are compatible with Vista or even working on it.
Do we just wait until they announce a Vista download?

There are other personal firewalls, I personally consider most of them more desireable than Zone Alarm.

Comodo is free, is top rated and hasn't had the historical problems with conflicts that ZA has had.

ZoneAlarm has a Beta for use with Vista. You can go to their website and download it since it is an "open" Beta. It is meant for use with a 32 BIT operating system. I would advise against using it. It is not compatible with Vista at this time. I have nothing but praise for ZoneAlarm software meant to work with XP. Maybe they can get their act together (several months late) and make ZoneAlarm compatible with Vista. However, the best software in the world is only as good as the support department behind it. ZoneAlarm has one of the worst support departments in the business, worse than Webroot but better than Norton. I have found that, based upon my own experiences with all three companies and many of their different products, they are all at the bottom of the food chain when it comes to knowledgeable advice and answers.

Perhaps many of us have been "lucky" with Zone Alarm.

We switched all our office and home machines from Norton to ZA about a year
ago - due to problems with Symantec .... and even the free Symantec
"Cleaner" application leaves crap all over your machine and in your registry
.....

Unfortunately a Vista laptop I just purchased came with Norton - but I can't
wait to get back with ZA ...
