Cannot install update for Outlook 2003: junk filter

I cannot install dwnloaded update for Outlook 2003, oar any other latest
updates for office 2003.
 
Do you have any OHotfix(#####).log or OHotfix(#####)_Msi.log files in the
TEMP\OHotFix directory. Hopefully there is some information in one of these
log files to give a clue as to why the install is failing.
