Cannot install program

Hi!

I'm trying to install SonyEricsson PC Suite (cellular phone) but the
installationprogram just keep freezing everytime I try to install the
program. I have tried to restart the computer and try to install it but it
doesn't work. I downloaded the program from SonyEricssons website and
installed it but with the same result as above. I don't know what to do...
please help me!
