I am using Front Page 2002 on XP. I am trying to import my website ( I have
turned on the extensions at the ISP) only the index file gets downloaded ,
the first page is a flash page and was not created using front page. How can
I can download the website. Please help my email is (e-mail address removed)

just do it this way:
in FrontPage, hit file/ open web, type in the http:// address of your web,
then when your online web is open hit file/ publish and publish it down to
your local server or drive.

this is a sure way to "get it all".

Do not use import!

Launch FP, then File Menu | Open Web and enter http://www.yourdomainname.com, then your login info,
click Ok, then click open, the File Menu | Publish web and enter the path to a location on your HD.

A little additional information to add to the other replies:

The import function only imports what is seen by a browser, so shared
borders, include files, navigation structure, themes, asp pages, databases,
etc. are not imported.

Create a new empty web on your machine and then publish to the new empty web.

This site is best viewed............
........................with a computer

or you can browse to the main folder you want it in and add the /new
location folder name, FrontPage will create it and make it a "web" on
publish.
