Cannot Import .CSV Files - Option Not Available in Drop Down Box

Okay, then it's not a runtime... try reinstalling or taking to Best Buy and
let them do a FULL install. Because you are obviously missing something if
..txt and .csv are not in the drop down.

No you do not need to uninstall anything BUT that is why someone who knows
what they are doing should do it because it is easy to mess up a reinstall
and accidently uninstall everything.
