cannot get to borders of worksheet to drag it into place.

excel worksheet cannot be dragged into place, cannot see borders to left and top of worksheet. cannot see left edge of worksheet, top of document too far under toolbar. other worksheets are okay. (moving up and left arrows on the worksheet does not solve the problem)
