Cannot get rid of the Banner page when printing

I have several users with "microsoft client services for
netware" and "client for Microsoft" on XP machines, When
the users print with every print job it's printing a
banner page. My question is how can I stop this banner
page printing with a job.
 
I just encountered the same problem but I did solve it a
year ago on another machine so I know it can be done.
 
Did you get an answer to how to stop the Banner page from
printing? I have the same problem and would like to know
also. Thanks.
