cannot get onto any secured sites from outlook express

dear group ever since microsoft took away my msn explorer
unexpectedly i have not been able to get onto any secured
sites at all to buy anything etc and i guess that this is
a "registry" probelm but i do not have the sufficient
expertise to deal with this yet and also i thought that
reprogramming the dell 400 computer i have with the xp
software that i was sent will correct this >???? and also
restore my "system retsore" that became unusable after a
klez virus attacked me and i also thought that buying
some books for beginners might help for the xp ??? thank

Microsoft CANNOT "take away" anything on your computer, YOU (or a virus)
"took away" msn. You could also try posting with punctuation and
capitalisation, in order to make your post a bit easier to read.
