Cannot get Microsoft Optical Keyboard for Bluetooth to work

I had a hard drive crash and had to reinstall XP Pro SP2 on a clean drive.
Since then, I have not been able to get my MS Bluetooth to work. I always
get "An error occured while saving your setting The following settings were
not saved Connectivity and Discoverability" error message when I try to turn
on discovery. I had a problem when I first got the Bluetooth back in
November and MS helped me fix it. Now they say I'm out of support (unless I
produce $35). Of course I don't remember what I did, that would be too easy.
Can anyone help me? I think I need to reinstall the drivers or tweak the
service or something.

LOL! You haven't even installed the drivers yet? What are you waiting
for? Technology that would have drivers install themselves?

Very funny. I said re-install not install for the first time. They are built
in to SP2 but don't appear to be working correctly.
