Hi,
I just installed Windows XP on a Dell Desktop and I can't connect to
the Internet. I have verified my cable modem is sound by connecting
with a different computer. However, on the affected PC, when I go to
"Network Connections", nothing appears. When my cable is plugged into
the Internet jack on the back, there are two red lights, if that
indicates anything. Is this a driver problem?
Does someone know somewhere on the Windows installation CD where
network drivers are located? Or is my problem something else?
Thanks, - Dave
