Ok, you installed VB.Net....how about have you installed the MSDN library?

When you installed VS.NET 2003. Did you then choose the next option in the
setup to install the MSDN Documentation?

Also, if you have VS.NET 2002, it will ask you if you want to use the 2002
documentation or upgrade it to the 2003.

Yes I install everything step by step on the CDs. In fact the file are
located inC:\Program Files\MSDN\2003FEB\1033. but I cannot read the files.

What does happen if you press the F1 key in VS.NET?

The program comes up with " the page cannot be Found" sop stuff no help at all

Maybe clearing temporary internet files will solve the problem. I sometimes
experience a similar behavior.

Here are the exact messages "ACTION CANCELLED" &" THE PAGE CANNOT BE
DISPLAYED.

I SHUT DOWN ALL FIREWALLS AND ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS.
My computer is HP/Compaq P4, 3.0GHZ, 2GB Ram and lots of Hardisk space
I have never had a problem like this intall, and I have install everything for
The orginial Novell Red Disk to Win 2003 server to Citrix.

What kind of Idiot!!!!? Wrote the install program for this program.
All I want do is learn how to Program.

The solution to the problem is 1: Under XPpro sp2 login as "administrator".
I do not know why the program does not work logged in as "user" with "admin"
rights. I have
to explore that issure more. 2: I turned off all internet connections. 3.
The file where
put under a directory called "msdn", not "Microsoft Visual Studio.net
2003/common7/
ide/1033/2003FEB/1033.
THIS IS THE DUMBEST INSTALL I HAVE EVER SEEN.
