Cannot forward contact from Outlook2003

NOT ABLE TO FORWARD A CONTACT FROM OUTLOOK. RIGHT MOUSE CLICK IS NOT
RECOGNIZED. ACTION, FORWARD INDICATES THE OBJECT CANNOT BE FOUND.

What happens if you create a new message, then drag the contact record to
it?
