Cannot find Server

Something changed on my XP/Professional I cannot access
Internet Explorer 6.0 keep getting message cannot find
server, it seem like it won't talk with my internet server!

Worked for me yesterday...GO start button, to run & type
msconfig click ok. Next...click start up tab and uncheck
everything. It will ask for reboot; do it. Check for
internet access. If you have internet access, then
something during start up was diabling your access and
unchecking it in msconfig/startup prevented it from
loading. NOW, if you have palm pilot, or anything else
that is NOW not working, you need to check each line item
in msconfig pertaining to the device (ie palm pilot is
hotsync) one by one and check for its effectiveness. IT
WORKED FOR ME!!!
