I get the CFS message when I attempt to access sites that
require me to show a certificate. I show the cert and the
error message comes up. I have updated IE with 6.0, SP1,
Q831167 to try and correct the problem, didn't work. I
also tried several websites & tried enabling and disabling
TLS 1.0, nothing works. Any suggestions?

Make sure your firewall is not blocking port 443. See
