Cannot find server or DNS Error

We are getting "Cannot find server or DNS Error
Internet Explorer" on a new web site domain. Can you
help me figure out how to fix the issue?

We host our internal DNS on a XX.net domain, host an
external XX.org web site, and our ISP hosts our external
DNS. Recently we added a new domain YY.org to our web
server. Our ISP took two IP Addresses from our external
IP Address and used it to create the new YY.org.

Using NSLOOKUP we are able to see the YY.org correctly.
Using an internal IP Address we are able to bring up the
YY.org web site. However, when we try to use the
www.YY.org we get the DNS error.

What is going on and what are the steps to fix it?

Easy fix -
This is caused by internal DNS not resolving your host ip to a www record.
Add a www host to your forward lookup zone and that should resolve it.
Best of luck.
