cannot find permission tab for net folders

I have been trying to share calendar between home,office
and second office using outlook 2002 When I right click
on the calendar folder.I then go to properties. The tab
which should say permissions is not there.Any ideas?
 
The Net Folder option to share was removed
in Outlook 2002.
