Cannot find Outlook only Outlook Express

I only have Outlook Express and need to have the database capabilities. I
have XP..what do I need to do/
 
You'll need to install the appropriate product. Outlook is included in all
versions of Microsoft Office and can also be purchased as a standalone
program. It is not, however, a database (at least not as most people think
of databases). The database program in Office is Microsoft Access.
