i had to re-install my works suite 2002 and now it it
asking for my certificate of Authenticity. All of my
programs were installed on my computer when I bought it a
few years ago and I have no idea where or what that is.
I am also having trouble even re-registering it with
microsoft because they ask for my product ID # So i enter
it and they say it is invalid! HELP!!!

This isn't a Windows or a Microsoft issue. This program is OEM (Original
Equipment Manufacturer) and all enquiries should be addressed to them. MS
does not, will not and cannot assist with OEM installations.

Stephanie.
Most likely, the COA is on the package of Works Suite 2002 CDs.
Otherwise you need to contact the seller for the Product Key.
This is a different Product Key than Windows, Windows is probably
affixed to the computer case.
