CANNOT FIND FILE (BOX MESSAGE)

Every 15 - 20 minutes or so I receive a box message in the middle of my screen when on the internet, stating the following message, (Cannot find file, C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\BIN\djrunner2.exe). I am not actually asking to find this file, but feel that it may be something to do with a Java Script that I have a problem with. I supply information, comments, and work on Corfu Travel Guide website, and use the Chat Room very much for this, but I have been unable to access the chat room for the past 4 days, which I beleive is something to do with the Java Script failing, and maybe this message appearing. Can anyone give advice please.
