New custom install. Unable to F8 at the end of the Licensing Agreement during
the blue screen phase of installation. This is the step right before you
choose your file system and partitions etc. ...... There is a single line
entry after the last paragraph of the Licensing Agreement that might be the
culprit. It states: EULAID: MCE05_RM.O_PRO_OEM_EN
Does this mean anything to anyone?????? Thanks.

Are you using or have a USB keyboard connected? If so, this "may" be your
problem. Some computers only supply basic functionality for USB devices at
the BIOS/CMOS level, which could sometimes leave out <function> key
functionality. Try using a normal PS2 keyboard and see if the same problem
exists? If so, then you know the culprit is the XP CD - if not, then you
should be able to continue installation.

Hello,
That string is just an identifier for different EULAs.
That is stating it is an English OEM EULA. Doesn't affect the keyboard at
all.
The EULA is just a text file.

Thanks,
