Cannot export results of crosstab query

I have a crosstab query based on a sql query that uses
parameter variables. I defined the variables to the
crosstab query and the crosstab query now works.

However, when I try to export the crosstab results in
Excel format I get the same message I used to get when
running the crosstab query "Jet Database engine does not
recognise '[variable]' as a valid field name or
expression".
How do I fix this, any ideas?

I can't figure out what the problem will be, but why don't you just copy the
crosstab table to Excel directly with copy and paste? That surely works.
