Cannot Empty clilpboard

When ever I am trying to copy any content from the
clipboard, it is giving the error cannot empty clipboard.
Temperorly, I restarting the machine and using. But it is
giving the error on continuously. The machine is windows
98 with excel 97. Pls give me a help
 
I found this solution, But what is this get right icon?
I couldn't find any icon in my Excel.
 
It is not an icon within Excel but actually on the Windows Task Ba
(although I think they meant to put System Tray). This is the area i
the bottom right of your screen, next to the clock.

If you have GetRight installed there should be a letter G in this area
If this is the case, right click the G then follow the instructions o
the MS website
