Cannot dump the email in the deleted file

I cannot dump the email I have moved to the garbage can (deleted file). No
special message. I only deletes one email leaving the other 300 still there.
Help

Messages may be stuck in the Outbox when you use Windows Mail on a computer
that is running Windows Vista

It also works on other folders.
