Cannot Drag Message into Task - Outlook 2003

In Outlook 2003, when I drag a message into "Tasks" the body of the email
does not transfer. Is there a setting I need to change?
 
Use a rightclick to drag an drop and choose the option you want. Does it
work now?
 
Attempted to right click and choose "Copy Here are Task with Text" but the
body of the email is still not copied.
