I am attempting to download the trial version of Office 2003. After
completing all of the required information, and clicking Submit, I'm taken to
a page that reads "no PID." Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi - Apparently, you are not the only person having problems with the 2003
trial version. I'm reading other posts to that effect and I am having a
problem with a file missing or in the wrong syntax and can't get Outlook to
Send/Receive my email. Don't know how to help either of us, but want to know
what "PID" means.
Thanks. Diana
