cannot download sp2

I recently bought 3 identical computers, and installed
OEM versions of XP home on them. After installation I
hooked them up to my DSL line via a hub and did windows
update. All three ran update and installed about 30
critical updates. After running windows update multiple
times to get all the updates, one of the computers
downloaded and installed sp2. The other two computers
did not. When I run windows update on them, sp2 does not
appear as an available update. Similarly, I have auto
update turned on, and sp2 is never downloaded or
installed. I have worked with this on my own for over a
week and have made no progress. Does anyone have any
ideas?

Are Microbloat rationing download of SP2 by IP number ?
If you can connect 1 of the non SP2 comps direct to dsl line any change?
BTW my experience is cable

Download the full network install of SP2 from here. It's 266 MB. BTW
it would have been better to install SP2 right away and bypass all those
other updates.
