Cannot download/save Images in IE 6

This just started happening to me over the past few days.
I can no longer right click and save and image (any
format). I cannot save/download an image from the IE
image icon bar that appears on an image, either. Images
display fine, but IE stops responding and needs to be
closed if I try to save a picture.
 
Clear the IE cache. I.E./Tools/Options/General/Delete files (and delete
offline content.) It's often recommended that the Temporary Internet Files
(folder) be kept at
40-50 MB. Bigger isn't necessarily better.
