cannot delete temporary files

I need to delete these temporary files but they cannot be deleted due to
being used by other process. Do you have commands to delete them once I run
CMD at ms dos prompt? It causes error 430.



Volume in drive C has no label.
Volume Serial Number is 2D29-11D6

You can delete the files from the Safe Mode, but if they are in use
during a normal Windows session, they will come back as soon as you
start Windows in the Normal Mode again. Therefore I would simply leave
the files alone.
